Metal-Stampi was established in 1969 and since then has constantly been engaged in making small and medium-sized dies for the shearing and cold-deformation of plate metal. The commodity sectors on which we are closely focused are: mechanical engineering, electronics, motorcycle manufacturing and the automotive industry.

Machine and equipment comply with internal quality and production requirements and those of the market.

As regards customer relations, our management strategy takes on concrete shape in the technical backing provided during the pre-sale phase and in the warranty covering the finished-product quality and service standards.

The following services are provided quickly and reliably, according to different requirements:

•  the toolmaker designs the die using the CAD-CAM program, Visi Progress 3D

•  dimensional check of the samples or pre-series in the metrological room

•  company machinery consisting of milling units, lathes, grinding machines, machining centres and electron discharge machines.

The shearing shop, which is certified UNI EN 9001:2000 and works in close conjunction with the tooling shop, comprises about 17 mechanical and hydraulic presses with capacities from 35 to 300 tonnes.
